Foodboard ("we", "us") is operated by two individuals, not a company. By submitting a listing or making a payment on Foodboard, you agree to the following:
1. All payments are final
Every bid is non-refundable, for any reason, including being outbid by someone else, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with the results. There are no exceptions.
2. Your bid is a permanent floor
The amount you pay becomes your listing's score. It never decreases. The only way to increase your rank is to submit another payment, which adds to your existing total.
3. Prohibited content
You may not submit listings that are illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that link to malware or phishing sites. We may remove any listing at our sole discretion, at any time, without refund.
4. No warranty
We make no promises about traffic, visibility, sales, or any other outcome from having a listing on Foodboard. The board is provided "as is."
5. Reporting
Anyone can report a listing. We review reports manually and remove content when we judge it necessary, but removal isn't guaranteed on any particular timeline.
